Application/System Assembly

Thin Brick is generally utilized in two primary installation methods: Embedded or Adhered.
The Embedded method
is where Thin Bricks are cast integrally into a concrete substrate in conjunction with a Form Liner positioning device (also creates the mortar joint).
The Adhered method
is where Thin Bricks are applied directly to the existing wall or a backer board/panel substrate with some type of adhesive, then joints are grouted/tuck pointed.

Several manufactures of Form Liners, Adhesives and Panel systems exist, however we only recommend specific brands for use in each method due to their high level of commitment to user friendliness, testing, research/development and our direct experience with these specific products on many successful projects.
