| By using actual clay masonry products
( Thin Brick )
cast directly into concrete members ( either precast or site cast, tilt up ),
these traditional building materials become more versatile -yielding greater architecture to concrete and structural integrity to brick. Thin Bricks are cast integral to a concrete substrate, usually precast or tilt-wall construction, using a form liner type positioning device. We recommend our single-use vacuum-formed plastic liner system for its flexibility, user-friendliness, and recyclability.
All buildings have a structural frame and an architectural facade.
Using Thin Brick
in concrete combines these two normally separate systems into a single building component.
This application requires the use of
Form liner
for brick coursing/positioning and to create the joints.
